Characteristics:
Working theory with features of crankshaft press, hydraulic press and hammer:
Fly wheel speed reducing 12.5% can output max. energy and keep forging deforming speed as 0.5m/s; using the VFD, the deforming speed can be adjustable between 0.25m/s to 0.6 m/s, for each kinds of forging deforming, but other screw press is without such advantages; clutch oil pressure, stroke double control striking force can repeat forge like hammer
with light and heavy energy.
