Description:
The press is a precision forging equipment mainly for implement hot forging process such as open die-forging, closed die-forging and extruding. Forging parts is widely used in the area of auto, construction machinery, and Bearings.
Hot forging presses are mainly used for the following parts :
Disk-class forgings, such as gears, flanges,hub, etc;
Fork-class parts , such as steering knuckle;
Long-axis-class parts, such as car front beam, crankshaft, connecting rod and so on.
Main features
High efficiency, short die and forgings contacting time, to improve its life;
Suitable for forgings with branches(steering knuckle) and forgings with long shafts( auto front axle, crankshaft, connecting rods);
Suitable for die forgings and extruding parts because of high inertia of flywheel and high output power;
Straight-side assembled frame and hydraulic nut, to resolve the problem of stuck effectively;
Good stiffness, to get high accuracy;
Smaller thermal sensitivity with “X?shape slider guide rail;
Using two point rod and longer guide to assure off-center forging and multi-station operation;
With transfer system( walking beam system) and other auxiliary machines to be automatic forging line;
Powerful slide-ejector and bed-ejector and flexible configurable mandril;
With lubrication, tonnage and axis temperature monitoring, fault display, crankshaft angle ***ect device and operating status display.
